We hold personal information for members of our committee, in order to keep them informed of meetings and other events.
We may also hold basic contact details (phone numbers, email and/or postal addresses) for representatives of local churches which are either member churches or churches which have asked to be kept informed of our activities. Occasionally, when an individual asks to be informed of one or more of our events we will keep the contact information they supplied in order to be able to provide them with the information requested.
We use any email addresses provided through our online contact forms only to reply to the person(s) concerned.
Market Drayton Churches Together does not have any offices, property or employees. The limited data we hold is kept by the relevant individual officer of our committee (Chair, Secretary or Treasurer), or by a particular member of our committee, to enable them to carry out the role assigned to them.
We do not share the personal information we hold with another organisation for their own purposes and we will never sell personal information for any reason whatsoever.
